9888 Terms & Conditions — Full Membership Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between the 9888 platform and its members. 9888 is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform serving members in Bangladesh and other countries.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the English version shall prevail. 9888 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

The following conditions must be met to open an account with 9888:

• The minimum age requirement is 18 years. 9888 reserves the right to verify a member's age.
• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all of them will be closed.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete. Providing false information will result in account termination.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password secure. Sharing your password with anyone is strictly prohibited.
• Completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is mandatory — especially prior to large withdrawals.

9888 reserves the right to reject any application or close any account without providing a reason. Valid government-issued ID such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence may be required for KYC verification.

All transactions on 9888 are conducted in BDT. The following payment methods are accepted: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Large withdrawals (above ৳50,000) may require additional verification.
• Deposits or withdrawals made through third parties are strictly prohibited.

9888 complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. In cases of suspicious transactions, 9888 will conduct an investigation and notify the relevant authorities if necessary. Additional documentation may be requested when processing withdrawal requests.

The following rules apply when placing bets on 9888 and are enforced equally for all members.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless 9888 explicitly offers a cash-out option.
• 9888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If evidence of match fixing or manipulation is found, all related bets will be voided.
• Any winnings obtained through software bugs or system errors will be voided.
• Betting limits may vary across different markets and events.

9888 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms and conditions. The general rules governing bonuses are outlined below:

• Every bonus offer comes with specific wagering requirements. Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been met.
• Each bonus has an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within that time, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Claiming the same bonus more than once using the same person, address, device, or payment method is prohibited.
• Opening an account solely to collect a bonus and withdrawing the full balance after meeting the wagering requirement is considered bonus abuse.
• 9888 reserves the right to exclude any member from bonuses or withdraw a bonus at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited to protect the integrity of the 9888 platform:

• Operating more than one account (multi-accounting).
• Placing opposing bets intentionally to exploit bonus benefits (arbitrage betting).
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Operating an account under someone else's identity or using forged documents.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources.
• Hacking, phishing attempts, or any activity intended to harm other members.

9888 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Failure to pass KYC verification, or if false information is found to have been provided.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
• Upon instruction from a court or regulatory authority.
• When a member voluntarily requests a self-exclusion or permanent account closure.

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting support. It is advisable to withdraw your balance before submitting a closure request. If an account is closed due to a rule violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

9888 shall not be held liable for the following:

• Bets not placed due to internet disconnection or device failure.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party services (payment processors).
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, server attacks, or government-imposed restrictions.
• Account losses resulting from a member's own negligence.

9888 believes that betting is a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed responsibly. We offer members the following features:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Bet Limit: Set a maximum amount for each individual bet.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a temporary break ranging from 24 hours up to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account at any time.
• Reality Check: You'll receive reminders after playing for a set amount of time.

For any dispute or complaint, 9888 follows the process outlined below:

• Start by contacting us via support chat or email. The majority of issues are resolved at this stage.
• Our support team typically responds within 24 hours.
• If the matter is not resolved satisfactorily, it can be escalated to 9888's Compliance Team.
• A formal complaint must be submitted within 90 days of the date of the dispute.
